Quality Control

All purchased components undergo mandatory incoming inspection before entering production. We check:

• compliance of items and ratings with the order specification
• supplier certificates and permits
• absence of mechanical damage and defects
• functionality through incoming testing

Base configurations use IEK, EKF and TDM components. On request we install ABB, DKC, Systeme Electric, Schneider Electric and other brands.

Assembly is controlled at every stage — before the unit is closed we verify:

• installation and reliability of electrical connections
• compliance of the wiring with the electrical diagram
• marking of conductors and devices
• final functional and visual inspection

Every unit passes acceptance tests before shipment:

• electrical safety check
• insulation resistance measurement
• dielectric strength test
• temperature-rise check at rated load
• confirmation of IP44/IP54 protection degree

The results are recorded in a test report supplied to the customer together with the unit.

Every System Power unit is supplied with a document package:

• certificate of conformity
• product passport
• EAEU declaration
• test report

The documents confirm compliance with GOST R 51321, PUE (chapter 7.1) and TR CU 004/2011 “On the safety of low-voltage equipment”.
